Infusing Hollywood with The Divine: Movies & Moving in Purpose with Actress Kat Graham
Actress, artist, and co-founder of Modern Nirvana, Kat Graham, shares sacred space with my fiancé Luke Storey and I for a roundtable discussion about expressing spiritual and personal truths in public and living in your authentic power.
With a six million-strong Instagram following, dozens of magazine covers, television and movie roles, and that viral Vogue video, Kat Graham has had to carve a protective and honoring sphere around her energy to stay grounded to her mission across multi-media platforms. Along the way, she chose to shift perspectives on validation and found mastery in filling her inner cup and not being swayed by outside opinions or noise. We discuss the conscious steps we have taken to stay in our honoring worth and Divine birthright and what motivates us to serve our communities and share our gifts without falling back on ego or “role” playing.
This heart-opening and VERY raw and real episode, which I had the joy to share with my sacred partner, Luke, ends with a special gratitude meditation guided by Kat. During it, we turn inward to celebrate the richness we have inside of us and our natural world.
We can’t wait to join Kat Graham and an incredible lineup of speakers, including Dave Asprey and Deepak Chopra, on August 14th in Austin, TX, for the second annual Modern Nivana conference. Luke and I will be speaking about conscious relationships and you can join all of us at this unique and fun spiritual wellness experience by heading to: modernnirvana.com/conference for tickets.
