Eradicating Shame & the Price of Fame with Ali Tate

I am so passionate about today’s subject matter—and you’ll definitely see that come out in my conversation with my long-time friend Ali Tate!

Ali was Victoria's Secret's very first plus size model, the co-founder of an intimate skincare brand called Playdates, podcast host, mother, and (as you’ll hear in the episode), an embodied shame releaser.

During the past decade, she’s walked the catwalks for some of the most prestigious brands, and she herself decided to walk through the fires of shame. Along the way she discovered practical somatic therapies that allowed her to forgive the deepest parts of herself and now share that wisdom with others.

I've known Ali for quite a few years, so it was such an honor to finally sit down with her in this format.
